The clothes are great. My only concern is with delivery and returns. I buy for my grandchildren and have a couple comments. A T-shirt (part of a larger order wasn’t suitable. It’s turning out to be difficult to exchange between return fees and restocking fees. In the past I would return to the store on Queen West. For the same order, the pants were not yet available so I asked to be informed when they were back in stock- for these, I had to pay a delivery fee. I really wish there was still an option for pick-up/exchange in person. We live in a small condo with no front desk so if we are not home, the delivery can be unsuccessful. We think the clothes are wonderful and have been buying them since 2020.
